Unveiling UNES in the Pursuit to Offer Solutions in the Health Sector

On February 7, 2023, the team from the University of Nairobi Enterprise Services (UNES) visited the Capital FM morning show with Davina and Fareed to unveil the organization’s efforts in the pursuit to offer solutions in the health sector. The panel consisted of Dr. Tom Ochola from the UoN Dental Care, Dr. David Kimama from the UoN Eye Care, Wilson Mwakisha – UoN Dental Plaza, Dr. Daisy Masibo, Sam Ochieng from UNES, and Sarah Mugo from UNES.

During the visit, the panelists spoke about the challenges faced in the health sector and how UNES is working to provide innovative solutions that improve access to quality health care. They highlighted the organization’s efforts to leverage technology to make health services more efficient, accessible, and affordable for all.

The team also emphasized the importance of preventive health measures and encouraged the staff and management of Capital FM to prioritize their health by engaging in regular check-ups. To demonstrate this commitment, the UNES team conducted a free medical check for the staff and management of Capital FM in Nairobi.
