INVITATION TO TENDER

PROCURING ENTITY: UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI ENTERPRISES AND SERVICE LTD

CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AN OPTICAL BIOMETER AND A VISUAL FIELD ANALIZER MACHINES.

The University of Nairobi Enterprises and Services Ltd invites sealed tenders for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of an Optical Biometer and a Visual Field Analizer Machines.      

1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.  Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours: 8.00 a..m. -5.00 p.m. at  the  address  given  below.

• A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders electronically from the Website: www.uneskenya.co.ke.  Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
• Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website: www.uneskenya.co.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to : unes-procurement@uonbi.ac.ke facilitate  any further clarification or addendum.
• All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of two (2%) percent of the tender sum amount.
• There shall be a pre-bid conference on 25^th June, 2021 at 10.00 a.m. at UNES Executive Boardroom at UNES Head Office on Kolobot Drive off Arboretum Drive Off State House Road.

• The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Completed tenders document must be delivered to the address below on or before 2^ND JULY, 2021 at 10.00 a.m. and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the UNES RECEPTION- UNES HEAD OFFICE ON KOLOBOT DRIVE, OFF ARBORETUM DRIVE, OFF LOWER STATE HOUSE ROAD, OPPOSITE STATE HOUSE GIRLS  Electronic Tenders  will  not  be  permitted.
• Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later.  Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
