PRE-QUALIFICATION OF ASSOCIATE CONSULTANTS

(NON-UON STAFF)

The University of Nairobi Enterprises and Services (UNES) Limited is the entrepreneurial arm of the University of Nairobi. It is wholly owned by the University of Nairobi and is ISO 9001:2015 Certified. UNES is a knowledge-based solution-oriented business enterprise and Consultancy Services is its flagship Strategic Business Unit (SBU). UNES Consultancy SBU is one of the largest and most elaborate consultancy firms in the country and in the region due to its access to a broad spectrum of specialists domiciled in over 100 academic departments of the University of Nairobi, the available large pool of associate consultants (mostly UON Alumni), and its vast Partnership teams and collaborations. It draws it client base from MDA’s, Parastatals, Private and Public Institution, NGOs and Donor Agency.

UNES is in the process of up-dating its consultancy experts’ database and wish to invite dedicated professionals (Non-UON Staff) with a proven track-record to join its winning team of associate consultants to offer Consultancy and/or Training Services. Those with experience working as consultants with multi-national organizations, donor funded projects/programmes, Government special programmes, or in possession of unique fields of specialization are highly encouraged to apply.

Applicants should possess:

  1. Bachelor Degree in the related field of specialization (Post graduate qualification will be preferred).
  2. At least 5 years of continuous hands-on provision of consultancy services
  3. Current practicing certification, where applicable
  4. Accreditation certification, where applicable
  5. Good inter-personal and communication skills

Interested Consultants should submit their detailed CVs showing their qualifications, previous projects undertaken, certificates, referees and other testimonials to unes-procurement@uonbi.ac.ke on or before 25th June, 2021 at 10.00 a.m.
