UNES LTD participated in the just concluded Book Fair and Exhibition organized by Kabarak University on 13-15th September, 2017 at Kabarak University Ground in Nakuru County. It brought about major competitors under one roof where the Deans, Head of Departments, Librarian, Staff and Students got to identity and purchase books of their choice and even recommend the much needed titles to their libraries and departments. UNES had a cutting edge and made a lasting parting shot when it displayed and showcased not only bookstore products but other solution services especially Consultancy, Hospitality, Dental Services and other commercial initiatives as part of its service delivery and customer experience. It extended its market share and communicated a strong presence across the Rift Valley Region with a view of business development and growth.

Traditionally, exposition (expo) or exhibition are normally organized so that companies in a specific industry can come together and showcase or demonstrate their latest products and services, meet with industry partners and customers, study activities of rivals, and examine recent market trends and opportunities.

The Corporate Training for Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) Senior Staff on Communication Crisis organized by UNES at the Lukenya Gateway from 6th-8th September, 2017.

UNES Consultancy organized a three day off-shore corporate training to the Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) Senior Staff on Communication Crisis. It was led by lead consultant Dr. Hezron Mugambi and Leah Muchemi both from School of Journalism University of Nairobi (UON). The training runs from 6th -8th September, 2017 at Lukenya Gateway Arthi River.

The Press Briefing led by National Disaster Management Unit Deputy Director Pius Masai on Moi Girls High School inferno at Chiromo Funeral Parlour on September 5, 2017.

A team of pathologists led by Government Pathologist Dr Johansen Oduor and officials from Government Chemist took specimens from family members of nine students who died during the inferno. Earlier Tuesday morning, the relatives DNA samples were collected ahead of a two weeks postmortem exercise, whose outcome will help them identify their loved ones as explained by National Disaster Management Unit Deputy Director Pius Masai. The fire is said to have started from the cubicle before it quickly spread to adjacent ones and eventually destroyed the entire dormitory housing more than 300 Form One students on the wee hour of Saturday 2nd September.
